Thoughts on George & Amal's conservative love compatibility

Can Taurus and Aquarius really work together -- and going deeper on the Aquarius/Capricorn connection.

In my latest video, I discuss the astrological love compatibility between Amal (Aquarius) and George Clooney (Taurus). There are some things I would like to discuss here, however.

Incompatible Zodiac Signs?

Taurus and Aquarius don't usually go together -- basically, Aquarius can get bored by Taurus. And Taurus may find Aquarius to be too much of a hard read. And perhaps a little picky.

But I personally don't see this as the end-of-the world.

They are both fixed signs -- valuing stability -- and have that desire to establish a foundation in common. It is a pragmatic, hard-working combination.

Earth and Air?

The danger between earth and air signs together is a dryness. Think of dry, cracked soil. That is how earth and air combine together elementally.

But sometimes I think these hyper-reasonable types aren't looking for hot passion. Too much reasonability only sounds boring to less rational minds.

Amal's moon is in Sagittarius, however, which is anything but basic. I can see why George had to chase her for a long time according to interviews. She probably didn't have that crazy spark.

Their Saving Grace

As I said in my video, I think what holds them together is they both share Mercury in earth signs -- George's mercury in Taurus, and Amal's in Capricorn. If Amal didn't choose Capricorn status over Sagittarius fun, I don't think it would've worked out.

People with signs in differing elements have to overcome not speaking the same language. Hallelujah they both communicate like earth signs!

Saturn-Inspired

George has a super-structured, super serious moon in Capricorn. This is usually contrasted with Aquarius. But as I say in my soon-to-be-launched astrology course, Aquarius's original ruler was Saturn. They may have more in common than it may seem.
